Job summary

Diversicare in Mississippi is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, ensure high‑quality patient care, and uphold regulatory compliance within our post‑acute care setting.

As a mentor and leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams, and support professional development of your team. A current RN license and at least two years of nursing experience, with supervisory exposure, are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high‑quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, patient assessments, and care planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
