Responsibilities

• Anticipate census/acuity changes and allocate nursing resources.
• Ensure staffing, chart checks, MARs and documentation accuracy.
• Mentor and train staff; support nursing leadership on shift.
• Ensure facility compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care, administer medications, and communicate with physicians.
