Qualifications

• ADN or ASN in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• California RN license required.
• Three years of psychiatric nursing experience including Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Supervisor serves as the House Supervisor and provides continuous nursing care in the assigned area.
• Promotes effective performance through role modeling, teaching, and availability to patients and staff.
• Organizes, manages and coordinates nursing services on assigned shift as delegated by the CNO.
