Job summary

Plaza Health in New Jersey is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift to oversee all evening nursing operations, provide clinical leadership, and ensure quality resident care in accordance with physician orders and policies. The role requires NJ RN or LPN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience (preferably LTC), CPR/BLS, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening shift licensed nurses and CNAs.
• Ensure quality resident care per physician orders and policies.
• Conduct routine rounds and monitor staff performance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (CMS/JAN etc.) and infection control.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
