Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking an Evening Supervisor (3-11) to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The role focuses on supervising evening shift operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance, delivering compassionate leadership to the team.

The position requires an RN license, at least 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care, and strong leadership and communication skills to motivate staff and maintain excellent resident

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Supervisor (3-11) to join our team at Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey. As an Evening Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents while providing exceptional leadership to our nursing staff. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff during evening hours to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents
