Dawn Hill Home for Rehab & Healthcare in Bristol, RI is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team for the 3-11 PM shift. You will provide clinical leadership and oversee the nursing team, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for residents and supporting staff during evenings.

Qualifications include Rhode Island RN license, graduation from an accredited school of nursing, LTC experience, supervisory background, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Rhode Island RN license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Knowledge of medication administration and resident care standards.
Knowledge of RI LTC regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight during the evening shift.
Support nursing staff and ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
