Job summary
Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for an RN Supervisor for a full-time position on the 3 PM - 11 PM shift. The RN Supervisor will support daily nursing operations, ensure compliance, and lead nursing staff for optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Rhode Island.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist in managing multiple residents based on clinical urgency.
