Premier Healthcare, under new ownership, seeks an RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on the 3 PM–11 PM shift. The role provides clinical leadership, oversees staff, and ensures safe, high-quality care while complying with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an MA RN license, a nursing degree, CPR certification, and strong leadership skills. LTC experience is a plus; a supportive, collaborative work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license is required.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and Restorative Aides on the 3 PM–11 PM shift.
• Provide direct resident care, including meds, wound care, IVs, tube feeds, colostomy care, suctioning.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes to physicians and families.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Conduct rounds to ensure policies and resident needs are met.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care.
• Participate in QAPI activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies, including infection control.
• Provide staff guidance and participate in performance evaluations.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
