Join our team at Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as an RN Supervisor. This full-time role offers a 3 PM–11 PM shift and a competitive hourly wage with Daily Pay available.

We value strong clinical leadership to deliver high-quality resident care. As RN Supervisor, you will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in healthcare or Long Term Care.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
