Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN roles. Shifts are 12 hours (7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM) with same-day pay and a pay rate of $37.00–$42.00 per hour (all inclusive).

You will provide skilled clinical care, follow individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor residents’ conditions, and document accurately while collaborating with the care team to maintain high

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year in sub-acute/long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician’s plan and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per policies and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
