Job summary

Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for the night shift (11 PM–7 AM). This full-time role offers daily pay options and a competitive hourly pay range of $45.00–$52.00.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in Long Term Care / Subacute settings.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
