Genesis HealthCare is hiring an RN Supervisor for an evening shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm) with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends. This role includes an evening differential of $4/hour and the opportunity to increase the base rate by 25% instead of benefits.

You will lead a dedicated nursing team, collaborate with the Director of Nursing, and strive for excellent clinical outcomes while supporting residents and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active RN licensure.
• Minimum 3 years full-time clinical experience; 2+ years in long-term care.
• At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role; BSN preferred.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Responsabilités

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead and direct clinical operations on the assigned shift.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance across units.
• Support care delivery model implementation and processes.
• Recruit, orient, mentor staff and participate in promotions decisions.
