Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care at the Huntingdon Valley facility. Shifts include 3:00pm–11:30pm or 11:00pm–7:30am, with competitive compensation.

You will lead clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, coordinate with other departments, and participate in recruitment and onboarding to maintain safe 24/7 nursing coverage and controlled overtime.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and outcomes.
• Lead clinical operations of nursing units on the assigned shift; ensure policy compliance.
• Facilitate care delivery, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain safe 24/7 nursing coverage while limiting overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment and new hire orientation; advise on promotions/transfers.
