The role emphasizes patient and staff satisfaction, adherence to policies, and collaborative care delivery in a 24/7 setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license and a BSN is preferred, with strong leadership skills to mentor staff and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing to deliver efficient, high‑quality care and promote patient, family, and staff satisfaction.
• Lead clinical operations of nursing units on the assigned shift, ensuring policy and standard compliance.
• Facilitate care delivery models, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate to maintain adequate 24/7 nursing staff while limiting overtime and agency use.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and guidance on promotions and transfers.
