Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in long-term care with 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- BSN preferred and BLS/CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Director of Nursing.
- Lead, guide, and direct clinical operations on the assigned shift.
- Facilitate implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
- Collaborate to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe, 24/7 care.
- Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and promotions decisions.
