Job summary

Apploi is seeking an RN Supervisor to manage the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) in a long‑term care setting. You will supervise nursing staff, assess resident needs, and coordinate with physicians to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

Strong leadership and a solid understanding of state/federal regulations are required. Responsibilities include rounding, documentation, and staff training, with a focus on patient safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Pennsylvania is required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a nursing home or long‑term care setting.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing home care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
• Assess resident care needs and provide direct nursing care as necessary.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
• Handle emergencies and urgent situations effectively and calmly.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate resident care.
• Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and address concerns.
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate resident records.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.
