Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough admissions and complete pertinent assessments.
• Participate in inspections and surveys by authorized agencies.
• Assess residents and validate nursing staff’s clinical decisions.
• Develop, implement, and communicate each resident’s plan of care.
• Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing standards and resident needs are met.
• Monitor staff documentation and report to the Director of Nursing.
