Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process. The role supports residents across all care phases, collaborates with families and an interdisciplinary team, and works within state practice standards.

This part-time position (16 hours/week, 2pm-10:30pm) includes weekend and holiday coverage with incentive pay, access to education and career advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multi-state licensure) with eligibility to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education, and nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse when needed.
