Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care to residents using the nursing process. You’ll collaborate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of health maintenance and treatment.

The role supports 2pm-10:30pm shifts, 16 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday, with additional weekend and after-hours incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care and resident education with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Assist with/serve as charge nurse; delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care in accordance with standards.
