Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
- Coordinate care, assess residents, and educate them as needed.
- Possibly serve as charge nurse and supervise staff when required.
