Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care for residents on the night shift. The role requires applying the nursing process and coordinating with families, residents, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

The position is part-time (48 hours bi-weekly) with rotating weekends and holidays, and includes a sign-on bonus if eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.
• Collaborates with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
