Job summary

The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a Full-Time PM Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. You will provide resident-centered care and coordinate clinical services during the afternoon/evening hours.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active California RN license and CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills are essential to delivering high-quality care and supporting residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations applicable to skilled nursing and long-term care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect resident information.
• Ability to meet applicable physical and job-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care during the PM shift.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Notify physicians and responsible parties of significant changes as appropriate.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
