The Pines at Placerville Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time AM Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursing team. This role focuses on resident-centered care, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.

Ideal candidates are dependable, clinically confident, organized, and able to work independently on a morning schedule with a strong emphasis on quality care and compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care per individualized care plans and standards.
• Assess residents and respond to condition changes; notify physicians as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and timely charting.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, RNs, physicians and therapy staff to coordinate care.
