Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents per the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Possibly serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care within standards.
