Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff are providing high-level resident care.
• Review, adjust, and monitor nursing staffing in all neighborhoods.
• Implement a person-centered approach to care.
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances.
• Lead investigations for injuries of unknown origin and medication errors.
• Review documentation in medical records for compliance.
