Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care in our home care program at the Novi, Michigan location. You will develop and supervise residents’ individualized service plans, monitor conditions, and coordinate with physicians and families.

Responsibilities include delivering care per plan, overseeing Home Support team members, and contributing to care conferences and staff training. Minimum 6 months RN experience required; RN license is mandatory.

Formación

• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as an RN.
• Experience in caring for seniors and/or senior with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Home Support team to develop and implement the resident’s service plan.
• Communicate changes in the resident’s condition to the physician and family.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs, aides, and home care workers.
• Deliver nursing care according to the plan of care and nursing standards.
• Participate in care conferences and staff development activities.
