Job summary

Qualifications
- Current Michigan RN license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum five years of nursing supervisory/management experience in senior living.
- Thorough knowledge of nursing principles and practice.
Responsibilities
- Hire, direct, assign, monitor and supervise nursing staff in the facility.
- Maintain standards of nursing practice per federal, state and local regulations.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and monitor staffing ratios.
- Assist with investigation of complaints from residents and families.
- Develop and monitor the nursing department budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve resident care.
