The Manor of Novi, a Ciena Healthcare facility, is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee and coordinate resident care across shifts under the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs/STNAs, ensure continuity of care, and be a key resource for residents, families, and staff in Michigan.

Qualifications

• LPN license is required.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising CNAs/STNAs or nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work aligned with resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety.
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed.
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands.
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns.
• Use independent judgement in accordance with company policies and laws.
