West Volusia Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Deltona, FL seeks an Evening Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) to oversee clinical operations during the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This leadership role focuses on resident-centered care, staff development, and regulatory compliance within a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing degree, an active Florida RN or LPN license, and at least 2 years in long-term care with 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license.
Minimum 2 years in long-term care, geriatric, or restorative nursing.
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Nursing leadership to support daily operations and regulatory compliance.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high resident care standards.
Monitor staffing levels and adjust for safe coverage.
Conduct routine rounds to evaluate care quality and address concerns.
Assist with state surveys, inspections, and regulatory audits.
Oversee admission processes and participate in rounds with physicians.
