Job summary

Sanford Health, including Good Samaritan in Waconia, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process to deliver individualized resident care. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.

The RN will coordinate assessments and education, perform nursing interventions, and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks within the team to ensure safe, reliable care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with state board or multi-state licensure.

Responsibilities

• The RN provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinates care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within scope of practice.
