Job summary

Eventide Fargo Senior Living is seeking a Part-time LPN Charge Nurse for the NOC shift (7 pm–7 am), with every third weekend rotation. This role requires an active North Dakota LPN license and offers shift differentials of $5/hour for overnights and $2/hour for weekend hours, plus competitive benefits.

You will assess residents, administer medications, provide direct nursing care, and document findings in the EMR while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Senior Living and/or Long Term Care is preferred but not required.
• Assesses residents’ needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents according to policies and standards.
• Documents in residents’ electronic medical records accurately.
• Coordinates and participates in resident care conferences and communicates with families.
