Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse clinical settings. You will apply the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, coordinate with physicians and other professionals, and advocate for high-quality outcomes.

You will work with strong clinical teams, maintain standards of practice, and ensure ethical care. A BSN is preferred, with RN licensure and ongoing competency development required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure if applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and assess care plans.
• Providing care across all stages of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, delivering education, triaging, and performing various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
