Job summary

Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for our evening shift, with another Part-Time option during the day. Salary is $35 per hour, and shifts include 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license in Florida.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure high standards of resident care.
• Enforce nursing protocols and ensure regulatory and facility guideline compliance.
• Perform daily nursing rounds to verify adherence to care plans and best practices.
• Assist with facility surveys, including preparation of documentation and follow-up actions.
• Respond promptly to resident and family concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
