West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an experienced RN Evening Supervisor to lead our evening nursing team. This full-time role from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM oversees resident care, staffing, compliance, admissions, rounds with physicians, medication administration, and staff development, reporting to the Director of Nursing.

Ideal candidates have Florida RN license, 2+ years in long-term care, supervisory experience, and current CPR certification; enjoy a

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Florida RN license.
Minimum of two years direct care experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, restorative, or geriatric nursing.
At least one year of supervisory or nursing management experience preferred.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support the evening nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and federal guidelines.
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to optimize daily clinical operations.
Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed to maintain safe resident care.
Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and support nursing staff.
Oversee medication administration and treatments to ensure accuracy and compliance with physician orders.
Participate in coaching, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
Support survey readiness and assist during state and federal inspections.
