Ridgewood Center is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time evening shifts with posted salary range. RNs deliver holistic patient care, collaborate with the care team, and ensure smooth discharge planning while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN in nursing; active RN license in good standing.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification.
• Clinical Experience: long-term care, post-acute, geriatric nursing preferred.
• Language & Communication: fluent in English for documentation and safety.
• Health: meet health screening requirements including TST per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and positive clinical outcomes.
• Lead and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-disciplinary teams for care plans.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation using PCC EHR.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety in daily operations.
