Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Memphis-area team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants per shift to ensure safe, compassionate resident care.

We value excellent documentation in electronic health records, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory standards. Active RN license and a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience are required; long-term care experience is preferred. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift.
• Monitor residents’ status; notify physician and responsible party of changes.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and staff education.
