Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Primacy in Memphis, TN is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our 120-bed facility and deliver high-quality resident care. This role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence in a long-term care setting.

You will assess residents, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support person-centered care and safe, dignified outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Monitor residents' status and communicate changes to physicians.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans with the team.
