Job summary

Saint Clare's Health is seeking a House Supervisor, a Registered Nurse who assumes administrative responsibility for the management of all department service functions on the shift. You will make rounds to monitor care delivery, supervise staff house-wide, and ensure efficient operations and patient flow throughout the hospital.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, with a preference for at least three years acute care nursing and previous supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certificate on hire and maintained.
• ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• One year supervisor experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years acute care nursing experience.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes administrative responsibility for all department service functions on shift.
• Directs staff and maintains patient flow and quality of care throughout hospital.
• Oversees scheduling after-hours procedures and standby staff.
• Ensures compliant deployment of temporary agency personnel.
