Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as House Supervisor on the evening shift. You will oversee department services, monitor care delivery, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations across the hospital.

Responsibilities include coordinating after-hours procedures, coordinating standby staff, and supporting medical teams while enhancing the patient/family experience. A BSN is preferred and ACLS/BLS certifications are required or maintained.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification on hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum three years acute care nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assumes administrative responsibility for department services on shift.
• Directs staff and ensures efficient operations and patient flow.
• Supervises and supports all hospital staff on shift.
• Assists with after-hours scheduling and standby procedures.
• Enhances patient and family experience through clear communication.
