Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility in Brainerd, Minnesota. The RN is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, assessing residents, and coordinating with families and the care team to plan and evaluate care.

The role supports advancement opportunities, continuing education, and a robust benefits package. Work hours are 2pm-10:30pm, 16 hours per week, with weekend incentives. Eligibility for daily access to earnings is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
