Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for evening shifts (2:00pm–10:30pm) with every other weekend and rotating holidays. The role focuses on applying the nursing process to provide individualized resident care and coordination with the care team.

Qualifications

• Nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with resident, family and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Multistate licensure acceptable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care and resident education; document and report care results.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within scope and competence.
