Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN, is seeking an RN for part-time evening shifts (2pm-10:30pm, 16 hours/week). You will provide individualized nursing care, coordinate resident care, and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate outcomes.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in the state, with bachelor’s degree preferred. CNAs and RNs work under state nursing practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation.
• RN license in state where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education, and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
