Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care 2pm-10:30pm, 16 hours weekly, including every other weekend and holidays. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents.

The role requires an unencumbered RN license in the state, a nursing degree (BSN preferred), and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Benefits vary by status and include education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident education and various nursing interventions.
