Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN, is seeking an experienced RN to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents and families, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure quality outcomes.

The role may include charge nurse responsibilities and delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff, while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license; state-specific licensure.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
