Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a part-time Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care with residents, families and the care team, and may serve as charge nurse delegating tasks to staff while maintaining standards of practice.

The role requires an RN license, a nursing degree if possible, and the ability to work 2pm-10:30pm with weekend coverage and additional incentives for evenings and nights.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing (or multistate licensure).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
