Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse for evenings (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), 16 hours per week, including every other weekend and holidays. The role requires a nursing degree, an active RN license, and involves coordinating care and delivering resident-centered nursing services in a 79-bed long-term facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the STATE where practice occurs.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education; provide guidance as needed.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
