Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver individualized nursing care and coordinate care with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team. The role requires applying the nursing process across all care phases and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities include potential charge nurse duties, delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff, and adherence to nursing practice acts and ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team members.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
