Job summary

Ebenezer in Edina, MN is seeking a RN - Registered Nurse to join Aurora on France TCU. This role uses the nursing process to deliver individualized resident care, delegates and monitors nursing care, and applies strong clinical judgment.

Shift is 2PM-10:30PM, 16 hours every two weeks, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Aurora on France is a senior community with a full continuum of care and benefits.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
• Less than 1 year nursing experience
• Registered Nurse Minnesota
• Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross)
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Instructor

Responsibilities

• Monitor personal cares to align with individual care plans.
• Observe nursing staff during rounds and ensure documentation.
• Delegate tasks to nursing assistants within scope of practice.
• Provide feedback to Charge Nurse/Manager and document outcomes.
• Communicate with physicians/families and coordinate care as needed.
