Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will join a supportive team that values compassion, accuracy, and teamwork.

Full time evening shifts available (2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with competitive pay ($33.50–$37.50/hour) and a benefits package. Prior elderly care experience preferred; valid LPN license and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with the elderly in a paid or volunteer role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes changes in resident health and reports to care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
