Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for RN leadership role.
• Registered Nurse licensed in Ohio in good standing.
• BLS and CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical operations within the Obstetrics Unit.
• Ensure quality, service, satisfaction, and safety goals are met.
• Manage daily department operations and interdepartmental communication.
• Assist in recruitment, staff development, and performance feedback.
• Participate in unit and hospital committees to improve practice and outcomes.
